Summary

The tender concerns legal services for the Commission for Communications Regulation. It is a multi-supplier framework agreement divided into three main lots and several specialist sub-lots. Each lot, and where relevant each sub-lot, will result in a separate framework agreement. The lots cover corporate law, general Circuit Court and District Court litigation, and core regulatory and legal services, with sub-lots for electronic communications, cybersecurity and resilience, the EU Data Act, eIDAS, postal law, and the AI Act and product safety.
