Electric standard low-floor buses, 12 m

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for electric standard low-floor buses, 12 m, for the contracting authority and its subsidiaries at the Augsburg and Kaufbeuren sites for 2026–2028. The contract is largely financed from Germany’s Climate and Transformation Fund, so the binding project deadlines must be met. The supplier must ensure delivery and acceptance of the subsidised buses by 31 December 2028 at the latest and prove this with an order confirmation. Planned deliveries include 5 solo buses for Kaufbeuren by 30 November 2027, 5 by 30 April 2028 and 5 by 31 October 2028, and 7 solo buses for Augsburg by 31 May 2028 and 8 by 30 November 2028. The framework agreement may be extended once until 31 December 2029 for buses that are not subsidised. The maximum call-off volume for the standard line buses is 30 buses across the lots.
