Technical design services

Summary

The tender concerns external design services for structural engineering and building physics for the planned expansion of Nordlicht School in Süderbrarup. The project includes a new building with a gross floor area of 590 m² for a supervised open all-day school (BOGS) and campus classes for inclusive education. The planning phase is currently at stage 2, design work is to start immediately, and completion of the construction project is planned for the end of 2027. The updated total construction costs are about EUR 2,174,000 net.
