Summary
The tender concerns a web-based cloud solution for electronic signatures, especially qualified electronic signatures (QES) under eIDAS Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, as well as support for advanced electronic signatures (AES) and simple electronic signatures (SES). The solution must enable legally binding signing, management and validation of internal and external documents and be integrable with GSI's and FAIR's existing IT infrastructure.
