Summary

The tender concerns urban planning guidance for the development of Holland Park. It covers the further development of Holland Park West and Holland Park South, and the safeguarding of overall quality and coherence across the entire area development. The remaining development areas comprise about 1,250 dwellings with facilities, and the (semi-)public space will also be designed and built. Some construction plans are already under way, covering about 750 dwellings. The assignment is expected to last about 7 years.
