Street lighting maintenance services

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance services for the outdoor lighting network in the Turku area. The contract runs from 1 October 2026 to 1 October 2029 and may then continue for a further two years, with mutual six-month notice. The total contract period is therefore up to five years, ending no later than 30 September 2031. The estimated value for the whole contract period is about EUR 8,000,000. The service provider must manage the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor lighting network in accordance with the tender documents, including street and road lighting, park and other area lighting, and accent/special lighting for significant city sites. The contract also includes mapping and documenting cables and ducts, including coils and joints, according to the city’s instructions.
