Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have technical and professional ability gained during the 36 months before the start of the procurement in maintenance or repair services for technical networks in at least the following areas: heating systems, water and sewerage systems, ventilation systems with humidification systems, grease separators, cooling systems, operation and maintenance of electrical systems, lightning protection systems, diesel generators, and building automation (BMS). The experience may come from one or more contracts. The bidder must provide details of at least one completed contract: subject of the contract, period of performance, name of the other contracting party, and contact details. In a joint tender, the joint tenderer relied on for meeting the selection criterion must itself perform the works or services whose experience was used to prove compliance.
