Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, governing or supervisory bodies have been convicted within the last five years for the exclusion grounds listed in the tender, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed offences. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures to restore reliability. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must confirm in the tender that the bid complies with the conditions set out in the procurement documents. The bid must be submitted according to the prescribed cost form structure, and the cost form must remain in the same format. The bidder must provide a document confirming the right to sell, resell and manage Delinea Secret Server licences in the Republic of Estonia and to provide support services related to those licences for the full duration of the framework agreement. Compliance with equivalence requirements must also be confirmed where the proposed solution relies on equivalent evidence.
