Design services for projects

Summary

The tender concerns design services for Satasairaala’s investment projects and maintenance works at various specialist healthcare buildings and building-technology sites. The services cover HVAC design, electrical design, structural design, architectural design, condition surveys and hazardous substance surveys, geotechnical design, acoustics design, traffic design, logistics consulting and simulation services, fire safety design, indoor air expert services and sprinkler system design. The exact content, scope and schedule for each assignment will be defined when the design work starts. This is a framework agreement with an estimated total value of EUR 1.5–2 million per year excluding VAT and a maximum value of EUR 12 million excluding VAT.
