Supply, implementation and maintenance of an identity and access management system

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, configuration and management of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution. It includes migration from the current G4Gem authorisation structure, setup according to the functional design, and the required integrations. The system must cover IDU automation, process roles and authorisation management, and integrations with YouForce, Active Directory, Topdesk, e-mail services, the data warehouse and Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on. The solution is intended for about 3,000 identities, with a 20% margin up or down.
