Network cabling and break/fix support services

Summary

The tender concerns nationwide network cabling services for CIÉ and its operating companies. The supplier must provide break/fix support, maintenance and new installations for copper and fibre infrastructure, including installation, repair, testing and certification of cabling, comms cabinets and related passive network equipment. The supplier must also provide responsive support with defined service levels, rapid incident response, escalation procedures, reporting and continuous improvement, and must be able to work across a national multi-site estate, including trackside, working-at-height and underground environments.
