If subcontracting is used, the subcontractor’s consent to perform subcontracted work must be provided. The bidder must submit a list of the responsible persons for the work and copies of documents proving their qualifications and competence. A foreign bidder or its foreign subcontractor that does not have the relevant documents issued in Estonia must confirm that it will submit, within one month after signing the contract, the confirmation issued by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority regarding the qualification and competence of the responsible person.
