Summary
The tender concerns a pixelated single-photon semiconductor detector for measuring X-rays in the low-wavelength range (Cu-K?). The detector is to be integrated into the existing small-angle X-ray scattering system (Rigaku S-Max 3000). Depending on the existing installation, it must either be mountable to a vacuum system via a flange and allow at least beam-side operation in vacuum, or be operated entirely in vacuum.
