Object planning for outdoor facilities

Summary

The tender concerns object planning for the renovation of the outdoor sports facilities at the municipal district sports complex on Aubinger Str. 12 in Munich. The project covers planning for the replacement of the existing cinder pitch with an artificial turf football pitch, conversion of the northern small grass pitch into a small artificial turf pitch, renewal of the hockey artificial turf pitch surface and possibly its substructure, renewal of fencing, provision of new seating and rest areas, and creation of access and vegetation areas. Separate specialist planners or firms will handle irrigation, floodlighting and path lighting; the object planner for outdoor facilities will coordinate them and plan the sports field drainage. The work is expected to be carried out in several construction phases, with commissioning planned for the end of 2028.
