Framework agreements for urban development planning

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the preparation of urban development framework plans and structural concepts. Up to ten framework agreement partners will be selected to form an expert pool that public contracting authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia can use without running a separate procurement procedure. The framework agreements will run for two years.
