SMS gateway and text messaging service

Summary

The tender concerns an SMS gateway and text messaging service that allows the contracting authority to send text messages reliably, securely and with high availability from different information systems. The service will be used for notices, alerts, appointment and reminder messages. The procurement is an open procedure under the Finnish Public Procurement Act. The selected supplier will provide SMS sending to Finland and, if needed, abroad, interfaces to the contracting authority’s systems, service administration, reporting, technical support and maintenance. There is no minimum purchase obligation.
