Summary

The tender concerns conceptual, design and production services for the conduct of the tenants' council and tenants' advisory board elections. The contractor must analyse, redesign and prepare all election materials for all election phases in Gewobag corporate design, including text editing, multilingual content and proofreading. The assignment also covers a clear and modern presentation of the complex election system, strengthening and visually highlighting digital candidacy and voting, designing a new interactive format for information meetings about the tenants' advisory board role, organising and quality-assuring other service providers such as printers and courier services, and producing and delivering the election materials and notices.
