Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for mobile patrol and security services for the contracting authority’s properties and operational facilities in Potsdam. The scope includes mobile patrol checks, opening and closing services, alarm monitoring and handling via a continuously operated emergency call and service control centre, and intervention services for security-related incidents. Optional services may include access control, visitor management and reception services. The services will be called off as needed for specific objects. No guaranteed service volume is promised.
