Summary

The tender concerns full postal handling services for the Municipality of Lelystad, except incoming digitisation. The contractor must provide daily collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing physical mail, processing and dispatch of outgoing mail in physical and digital form, system integrations with municipal systems for status tracking and dispatch registration, implementation support, testing, staff training, and periodic management reporting on volumes, costs, invoicing, KPIs and service levels. The estimated value is EUR 740,000 excluding VAT for a maximum term of 4 years, including options.
