Summary

The tender concerns a framework contract for external consulting and support services for reorganising drinking water supply and wastewater disposal within the Stadtwerke Potsdam group. The work includes project management/PMO, scenario analysis, target operating model development, transformation roadmap, organisational and economic assessment, support for possible carve-out/carve-in scenarios, IT and data migration, HR and works council topics, change management, communication, and preparation of decision-ready documents for management and governing bodies. The services are modular and scenario-dependent, and call-offs will be made only through separate individual orders or approved work packages under the framework contract.
