On-demand passenger transport for people with disabilities

Summary

The tender concerns an on-demand passenger transport service for people with disabilities in two lots. Lot 1 covers a mandatory transport service under social participation support; Lot 2 covers a voluntary transport service for persons who are permanently dependent on a wheelchair and cannot use public transport or normal taxis. The service is intended for everyday trips that support contact with the community and participation in public and cultural life. Trips covered by other providers, such as medical transport, doctor visits, therapies, day care, school, training or work trips, are excluded.
