Mobility solution services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of an integrated mobility solution for about 900 employees of the AFM. The contractor must provide a single, user-friendly mobility offering, such as a mobility card, mobile app and/or web portal, through which employees can access business and commuting mobility services in a uniform way. The contractor acts as the integrated contracting and invoicing party and is fully responsible for the administrative handling of the mobility services. The estimated contract value is EUR 10,400,000 including VAT for an eight-year term, including possible extensions; the maximum contract value is EUR 15,600,000 including VAT for the same period.
