Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption and fraud, as well as the related self-cleaning option. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must be registered as an undertaking and entered in the Estonian commercial register or an equivalent register in its country of establishment. If the bidder is not entered in the Estonian commercial register, but is entered in a similar register in its home country, a corresponding certificate must be provided.
The bidder must hold a valid public service licence for passenger transport by bus.
During the 36 months preceding the start of the procurement, the bidder must have completed at least one similar passenger transport contract. The bidder must provide the contract description, value, period and client details, and, where relevant, a reference to electronic availability.
