Repair works for apartments and common areas in the western maintenance area

Summary

The tender concerns repair works for apartments and common areas in housing blocks managed by Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy in the Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartano and Maunula areas. The works mainly cover surface repairs and replacement of apartment fittings and fixtures, as well as minor repair works in yard areas. A framework agreement will be established, with up to eight service providers selected. The contract is mainly carried out at unit prices, and the initial contract period is two years with possible one-year extension options.
