Twente Airport concession
Summary
The tender concerns the concession for Twente Airport. The contracting authority remains the owner of the area, but intends to transfer the operation and management of the airport to a market operator. The concession holder will act independently and at its own expense and risk under the concession agreement. The concession holder will be responsible for the operational and commercial running of Twente Airport, including airport management, attracting users and customers, and complying with applicable laws and regulations, including the Airport Decision and the necessary permits, exemptions and approvals.
