Structural design services for the new fire station in Ober-Lais, Nidda

Summary

The tender concerns design services for the load-bearing structures of a new fire station in Ober-Lais, Nidda, and related building physics services (thermal insulation and energy balance, building acoustics and room acoustics). The assignment will be phased: stage 1 covers HOAI service phases 1, 2, 3 and 4; stage 2 covers HOAI service phases 5 and 6. The planned new building has a net floor area of 490.00 m². The construction costs for cost groups 200–400 are EUR 3.12 million gross, of which EUR 2.07 million relates to cost group 300 and EUR 0.87 million to cost group 400.
