Summary

The tender concerns the development of a microelectronic manufacturing process flow for mass production of cold-atom chips or microcircuits. It is part of the European Q-PLANET project and builds on a complete process developed by LTE, which will be made available to the contractor to reduce development costs. The technical specifications are set out in the framework agreement technical specifications document.
