Summary

The tender concerns VTT’s change management and change communication services. The contractor will help support the organisation’s strategy and strengthen its culture, make change a clear and managed process, and engage people in the change. The services may include developing, planning and implementing change management and/or change communication together with VTT’s responsible staff.
