Summary

The tender concerns a Mission implementation support platform for ocean, seas and waters. The platform will build on the first phase and continue as a one-stop shop for implementation support during the deployment phase, including knowledge support, science-to-policy advice, financial advice, technical assistance, capacity building, outreach, scaling up and dissemination of information, knowledge and innovations. It will also support communication and dissemination activities, citizen engagement, the Mission Forum, Mission Ocean and Waters events, the European Blue Parks community, and targeted services for stakeholders and Mission communities.
