Summary

The tender concerns employment search and career coaching services in the Raasepori employment area. The service is intended for working-age jobseekers who need support with job search, career planning or applying for training. The target group is primarily unemployed clients, but also laid-off and non-unemployed clients such as people on zero-hour contracts, part-time workers, full-time students and entrepreneurs. Clients may have no vocational education or may be considering a career change. They may have health-related difficulties or other barriers to employment, but must still be capable of at least work trials or part-time work. Clients must have sufficient language skills and basic IT skills to participate in coaching in Finnish, Swedish or English without an interpreter. Sign language interpreting must be available in the service languages, and the service provider is responsible for arranging it. The provider must also be able to deliver targeted groups for clients under 30, long-term unemployed clients, clients aged 50+, and highly educated clients.
