Summary

The tender concerns the procurement and implementation of an Internal Control System (ICS) as a service. Veikkaus intends to select one supplier. The solution must help ensure the integrity and correctness of the games and related processes, strengthen the internal control environment in line with Finnish and EU regulation as of 1 July 2027, provide reliable and auditable control evidence, integrate with existing gaming and support systems, and support current and reasonably foreseeable future regulatory requirements for lottery and draw-based games.
