Summary

The tender concerns expert advisory and conceptual planning services for the preparation of a new central hospital. The work includes developing a future-proof, economically viable, functional and approvable medical and operational organisation concept, as well as a room and function programme under DIN 13080 and DIN 277, to support construction planning, economic assessment, investment decisions and further architectural and specialist planning. The main tasks are project start and baseline analysis, medical concept, operational organisation concept, room and function programme, coordination workshops, documentation and handover, plus optional additional services.
