Summary
The tender concerns the renovation and extension of the Spalatin primary and secondary school, including the renovation (conversion) of the sports hall and the demolition and new construction of the school extension. The works will take place while school operations continue, so interim use arrangements must be taken into account. Contract award and the start of planning are scheduled for Q4 2026.
