Construction works for the Drostenerf development

Summary

The tender concerns the redevelopment of the Drostenerf area in the centre of IJsselmuiden. The project includes 70 to 80 step-free apartments, at least 28 social rental homes, additional affordable rental and/or owner-occupied homes, and homes in the free sector. The programme also includes a children’s centre for education and childcare, a community meeting space, a possible commercial care space, a green park zone with water retention and sports/play/meeting facilities, and parking, including partly sunken or half-sunken parking. The land price for plots A, B and C will be set using an appraisal protocol, and plot D will be handled with a fixed project budget.
