Summary

The tender concerns a comprehensive renovation of the sanitary engineering systems of the Max Planck Institute’s central administration in Munich while the building remains in operation. The works include, among other things, renovation of the main drainage lines, phased installation of a decentralised hot water supply, installation of a central hot water supply for selected areas, and smaller conversion works and equipment replacements. The bidder must take into account that the building will stay in use throughout the works and that the works must therefore be carried out with great care and with maximum protection of the existing building and installations.
