Framework agreement for multisensor inspection trains

Summary

The tender concerns the development, manufacture and delivery of up to 20 series-ready rail vehicles in a fully functional, approved and operational condition, as well as their subsequent maintenance, supply of spare parts, provision of complete vehicle documentation and delivery of special tools. The vehicles must be suitable for economical and safe operation by the contracting authority and must meet the technical requirements, including a speed of 200 km/h, ETCS/PZB/LZB train protection, GSM-R and FRMCS train radio, and several measurement and inspection functions. The contractor must also comply with the agreed schedule and delivery dates.
