Planning, construction, operation, maintenance and dismantling of a modular building at Werratal Barracks in Bad Salzungen

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a container-based interim building of about 7,000 m² at Werratal Barracks in Bad Salzungen, its use for 22 months, and its later removal and dismantling. The bidder must carry out all planning, construction, coordination, supervision, expert and inspection services needed to deliver a turnkey, functional, defect-free, timely, ready-to-use and operational facility. All necessary supply and disposal lines from the respective transfer point must also be included. Used containers may be offered if they meet the required quality and are considered as good as new. The maximum period from award to handover of the ready-to-occupy container facility is 22 weeks.
