Summary

The tender concerns support for RTE and CTE in their relations with financial rating agencies. The services include regular monitoring of the rating, analysis of the factors influencing it, preparation of meetings and annual reviews, responses to specific requests, and strategic recommendations to maintain or improve the credit profile of RTE and CTE. The scope may also include monitoring a potential second rating, assessing the impact of the financing diversification strategy on the rating, and financial modelling support. The bidder must confirm the absence of any conflict of interest and its independence. The maximum authorised amount is EUR 1.6 million for the whole procurement.
