Contaminated soil removal services – framework agreement for soil excavation disposal and operation of an interim storage area

Summary

The tender concerns the removal and proper disposal of contaminated soil and asphalt demolition material. The contract will be awarded as a framework agreement for the period from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2028. The contractor must deliver excavated material to the interim storage area in Regensburg or, where appropriate, store it on the construction site, provide containers if asphalt demolition indicates tar-containing components, and dispose of the relevant stockpile within 10 working days after the analysis is transmitted. Travel costs must be included in the unit prices.
