Summary
The tender concerns a framework agreement for comprehensive support services for the IT and cloud operations of govdigital eG and its members. The services cover operational and strategic support in different cloud and operating environments, including private cloud and hyperscaler environments, to ensure stable, secure and highly available operation of processes. Services will be called off flexibly through individual orders for up to 48 months.
