Fire station construction works

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new fire station in innovative timber construction at Fritz-Sprecht-Weg 1, Wentorf bei Hamburg. The building will include, among other things, two storeys, a vehicle hall for 9 fire engines, a washing hall, training and recreation areas for the volunteer fire brigade and youth fire brigade, storage areas, a workshop area, a nine-storey training tower and a connection to the public road network. The contracting authority also highlights sustainability and innovation objectives, including selected BNB requirements, the development of a CO2-neutral energy concept and the reuse and recycling of timber components.
