Summary

The tender concerns installation, programming, repair and maintenance works for Schneider-RAU systems and control room software in residential buildings. The work includes maintenance, repair and replacement of field devices connected to automation-related HVAC systems. A manufacturer-specific software licence is mandatory. The contract covers Helsinki City Housing Company’s southern, eastern, western and northern maintenance areas as well as special housing sites. Up to two bidders will be selected for the lot. The contract period is 2 years with 1 + 1 year option periods.
