Cleanroom design

Summary

The tender concerns cleanroom design for the Digital Hardware Hub Aachen and, in part, related building services engineering design. The work covers the technical systems and planning services needed to create, maintain, monitor and qualify the required cleanroom conditions, as well as to provide process-specific media supply. It also includes support for optimising production and analysis processes and defining the resulting technical requirements. The contractor must also cover the general building services and media supply design for the building, insofar as this is not solely needed to meet cleanroom-specific requirements.
