Plumbing maintenance and minor plumbing works services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of maintenance, plumbing and minor plumbing works services at CHI sites, mainly at Crumlin and Temple Street. It is intended to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement with up to three members. Works valued at €5,000 excluding VAT or less will be awarded to the first-ranked company; works above that threshold will be subject to competitive pricing among framework members. CHI does not expect a permanent plumber or apprentice to be deployed on a full-time or part-time basis under this contract.
