New fire and rescue station and general planning services

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new fire and rescue station in Wülfrath on the site of the former railway station area and the related general planning services. The scope includes building design, fire-service-specific rooms, outdoor areas, structural design, building services, thermal protection and energy calculations, energy consulting and funding support, building acoustics, room acoustics for selected rooms, fire protection, civil engineering structures for drainage works on the contractor’s own land and in public space up to the discharge point into the public sewer system including any required retention and/or infiltration facilities, cross-cutting services for commissioning, and cross-cutting Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The contract will be awarded in stages.
