Operationalisation of climate adaptation indicators in the buildings sector

Summary

The tender concerns research and development services and related consultancy services to operationalise climate adaptation indicators in the buildings sector. The results must be prepared so they can be directly used in the 2028 update of Germany’s Climate Change Adaptation Strategy. The work is divided into six work packages and includes data collection and analysis, review of existing measures, reporting, and the creation of a workflow for future automated processing. Optional tasks include data and map visualisation and the operationalisation of two additional indicators.
