Agricultural building construction works – Modernisation of the inter-company training centre in Iden; dry cow barn

Summary

The Land of Saxony-Anhalt intends to modernise the inter-company training centre for the LLG Iden and further develop it as a recognised agricultural education facility. The project includes new construction and expansion of the dairy cattle and cattle husbandry area, including a modern dairy production process, milking technology, training facilities and a barn for dry cows for up to 50 animals. The technical systems must be animal-friendly, durable and easy to maintain, and the barn floors must be designed in line with the state of the art to reduce emissions and support environmental and climate protection.
