The tender concerns independent audit services for the public electricity distribution concession in the SMEM concession area for 2026–2030. The auditor will analyse the operation of the concession, including the SMEM assets, concessioned networks (HTA/BT), maintenance, continuity of supply, voltage quality, renewal of works, billing, relations with users, demand-side management applied to the network, and specific tasks such as control of the TCFE tax and network development directions.
