Summary
The contract concerns the collection and recovery of recyclable materials in Landkreis Wittmund. On the mainland, recyclable material bins are used, and on the islands of Langeoog and Spiekeroog recyclable material bags are used. The district is to bear the collection costs for 18% of the mixed recyclable material, take over that share of the collected material and recover it.
