The machine-readable notice included the standard exclusion grounds. The bidder may be excluded if the company or its management/representation persons have convictions for organised crime, corruption, fraud, terrorism-related offences, money laundering or terrorist financing; if the bidder has tax, social security or environmental tax debts; or if contract award would breach international or Government sanctions. The notice also mentions possible exclusion for breaches of labour, social or environmental obligations, bankruptcy or liquidation, serious professional misconduct, local tax debt, anti-competitive conduct, conflicts of interest, misleading information, prior serious contract breaches, false statements, or lack of the right to submit a tender. The bidder must confirm the absence of exclusion grounds in the required form.
